✨it’s such a wonderful generous dye plant which just gives and gives more colour
✨it is also great to use as a second dye bath dip on other colours too - but today it was just pure red.. tomorrow we will be all about the pink 💕✨🌱🧶

✨This weekend it finally stopped raining so Mapl

✨This weekend it finally stopped raining so Maple and I headed up into the hills to check our dye shed water well was all clear and running smoothly.
✨we are so lucky we have a magical natural water supply which comes straight off the Skye hills and into a well which has served our building for over 100 years
✨it is truly unique and adds another layer of provenance into our work .. heating local plants in local water is our happy place 🙏💫🌱
